Disc Golf coming to Heard County!! This seems to be one of the fastest growing sports around. The Heard County Development Authority will be developing an "18 hole" course at our Sports Complex . Never heard of Disc Golf? Read about it at www.discgolf.com

Heard County has changed their Emergency Notification Program to Global Connect. Residents must register their home phone number and cell numbers in order to receive these Emergency Notifications. Click on the link below to fill out your information and register your phones for this important service that is FREE to all citizens.

Beginning January 2012 the Heard County Commissioners Meeting will be held on the 4th Thursday of evey month at 6:30pm.
